1. Serve as a visible brand ambassador, embodying the Marc Jacobs image and DNA through exemplary personal presentation and adherence to appearance guidelines.
2. Deliver a superior client journey: welcome clients, educate them about the brand, build and nurture long-term relationships, and expand the client book via CRM capture.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through personalised selling, product recommendations, and cross-selling complementary items (RTW and leather goods).
4. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends to inform client conversations and drive conversions.
5. Apply visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines and enhance the boutique atmosphere.
6. Process transactions accurately and professionally while complying with company policies and procedures.
7. Support stock management and loss-prevention controls to ensure product availability and operational integrity.
8. Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to business reporting and KPI achievement.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury or high-fashion retail environment.
2. Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW/LG).
3. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
4. Demonstrable commitment to meeting and exceeding commercial targets while prioritising client experience.
5. Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand at all times.
6. Working knowledge of retail KPIs and basic CRM processes.
