1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Embody and represent the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.

4. Enhance in-store customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.

6. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.

10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
