- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
- Embody and represent the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance in-store customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.

- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector.
