1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Embody and communicate the brand's image and values to customers and the store team.
3. Adhere to and promote visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding client journey.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and achieve targets.
6. Educate clients about the brand and introduce complementary products.
7. Confidently process sales and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to drive product knowledge.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support stock management and control.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Commitment to achieving sales targets while focusing on client needs.

1. Passion for fashion and sales.
2. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
3. Understanding of retail KPIs.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion environment.
