4. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
5. Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Welcome clients, ensuring comfort and educating them about the brand.
7. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales.
8. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
9. Process sales confidently and professionally.
10. Collect client CRM details to expand the client book.
11. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
13. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.

3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
