1. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for the brand among customers and the store team.
2. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines to represent the brand effectively.
3. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships to maximize sales.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, while gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines through continuous research.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support stock management.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

4. Understanding of retail KPIs.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
