- Embody and exemplify the brand image for customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and educated about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment.
