- Embody and promote the brand image to customers and the store team, demonstrating an understanding of the brand DNA.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM management.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product lines.
- Capability to adhere to visual merchandising standards.
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment, with experience in ready-to-wear and leather goods.
