- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
- Embody the brand image for customers and the store team, demonstrating a strong understanding of the brand DNA.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients and educate them about the brand, building and maintaining relationships.

- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury sales environment, particularly in ready-to-wear and leather goods.
