- Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and ethos.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines, and inspire pride in the brand.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image effectively.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and client loyalty.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury sales, preferably in high fashion.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and sales with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
