4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and client loyalty.
7. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies.
9. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
10. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
11. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury sales, preferably in high fashion.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluency in English and Turkish is essential; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Understanding of retail KPIs.
