1. Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Lead by example, demonstrating exemplary behavior and adherence to brand guidelines.
3. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the brand's image within the store.
4. Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome and educate clients about the brand, fostering strong relationships.
6. Promote and sell complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge to achieve sales targets.
7. Confidently process sales transactions and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to drive product knowledge.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high-fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
