4. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and client loyalty.
6. Introduce and educate clients on complementary products to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Confidently process sales transactions and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales, particularly in ready-to-wear or leather goods.
2. Demonstrated passion for fashion and sales.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent personal presentation, embodying the Marc Jacobs brand.
5. Understanding of retail KPIs.
