1. Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's image and values.
2. Adhere to and exemplify the brand's dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand's image within the store.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and client loyalty.
6. Introduce and educate clients on complementary products to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Confidently process sales transactions and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support stock control and management within the store.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales, particularly in ready-to-wear or leather goods.
2. Demonstrated passion for fashion and sales.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent personal presentation, embodying the Marc Jacobs brand.
5. Understanding of retail KPIs.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
4. Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM systems.
5. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury, high fashion environment.
