- Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines, while inspiring pride and passion for the brand.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand's image within the store.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
- Confidently process sales and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high-fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Fluent in French, with additional languages considered an advantage.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury, high-fashion sales environment.
