- Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the Marc Jacobs image and ethos.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines, and inspire the store team.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand's image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and update product knowledge through research.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
A minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
