1. Act as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs among customers and the store team.
2. Embody and represent the brand image, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
6. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and update knowledge on all product lines.
9. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury sales, particularly in ready-to-wear or leather goods.
2. Passion for fashion and sales with a commitment to exceeding targets.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
5. Fluent in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
