5. Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
8. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and meet targets.
9. Process sales confidently and professionally.
10. Collect client CRM details to expand the client book.
11. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
13. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
