- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
- Embody and promote the brand's image and values to customers and the store team.
- Adhere to and exemplify the brand's dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
- Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and meet targets.
- Process sales confidently and professionally.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment is required.
