5. Welcome clients warmly, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
6. Cultivate and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products to drive sales.
7. Confidently process sales transactions and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury, high fashion sales.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods.

2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
5. Fluency in French; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
