- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines to represent the brand effectively.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand's image.
- Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients warmly, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products to drive sales.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury, high fashion sales.
- Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Fluency in French; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
