- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experiences.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and client relationship management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment is required.
