- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
- Lead by example, demonstrating role model behavior and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge.
- Confidently and professionally process sales transactions.
- Collect client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product lines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
