1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling enthusiasm and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Embody and communicate the brand's image and values to customers and the store team.
3. Adhere to and exemplify the brand's dress codes and appearance guidelines.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to promote the brand image.
5. Enhance in-store customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Welcome clients, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
7. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
8. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
9. Process sales transactions confidently and professionally.
10. Collect client CRM details to expand the client book.
11. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
13. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury or high fashion sales.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear or leather goods.
3. Passion for fashion and sales.
4. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
6. Understanding of retail KPIs.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
