1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines, and demonstrating role model behavior.
3. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, ensuring comfort and educating them about the brand.
6. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
