8. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge.
9. Process sales in a confident and professional manner.
10. Gather client CRM details to enlarge the client book.
11. Drive product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends.
12. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
13. Support control and management of stock.

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods
3. Passion for fashion and sales
4. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
5. Excellent personal presentation
6. Understanding of retail KPIs
7. Fluent level in English; additional languages are an advantage

2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
4. Strong product knowledge
5. Professional sales processing skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
