1. Serve as a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Adhere to and promote visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand's image in-store.
3. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a superior client journey.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and client loyalty.
5. Educate clients about the brand and introduce complementary products to drive sales.
6. Confidently process sales transactions and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
