1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Embody and represent the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally.
8. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
9. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
11. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
