1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and understanding the brand DNA.
2. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally.
8. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
9. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
11. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
