- Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines to represent the brand effectively.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image within the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding client journey.
- Welcome and educate clients about the brand, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, while gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on client needs and experience.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Excellent personal presentation, embodying the Marc Jacobs brand.
- Understanding of Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
