1. Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Lead by example, demonstrating exemplary behavior and adherence to brand guidelines.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to promote the brand's image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding the client book through CRM.
7. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally, adhering to company policies and procedures.
9. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

4. Understanding of Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
