1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Embody and promote the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
4. Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome and educate clients about the brand, building and maintaining relationships.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through continuous research.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. Fluency in English and either Arabic or Turkish is essential; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
