1. Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines to represent the brand effectively.
3. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image within the store.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome and educate clients about the brand, fostering a comfortable and engaging environment.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships, introducing complementary products to drive sales.
7. Confidently process sales transactions and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Fluency in Spanish is essential; additional languages are advantageous.

4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
