1. Act as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Embody and represent the brand image to customers and the store team.
3. Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients and educate them about the brand, building and maintaining relationships.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally.
8. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
9. Stay updated with fashion trends and product lines.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
11. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.

2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
5. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
