1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for the Marc Jacobs brand.
2. Embody the brand image for customers and the store team, demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand DNA.
3. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
4. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
5. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
7. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products to drive sales.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
9. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to drive product knowledge.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
11. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. A commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experience.

1. Passion for fashion and sales.
2. Excellent personal presentation, representing the Marc Jacobs brand.
3. Understanding of retail KPIs.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
