Marc Jacobs Sales Ambassador

- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
- Embody and communicate the brand's image and values to customers and the store team.
- Adhere to and promote the brand's dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an optimal client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to enhance sales.
- Process sales transactions confidently and professionally.
- Collect client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines through continuous research.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury or high fashion sales.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Strong passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation, embodying the Marc Jacobs brand.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Keen attention to detail and visual merchandising skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
