- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines, and demonstrating role model behavior.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and educated about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment.
