1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines, and demonstrating role model behavior.
3. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and educated about the brand.
6. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment.
