1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Demonstrate exemplary behavior that aligns with brand standards, including adherence to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image effectively.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships, introducing complementary products to drive sales.
7. Confidently process sales and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluent in English, with additional languages as an advantage.
