1. Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines, and inspire the store team.
3. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
4. Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients warmly, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high-fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent personal presentation, representing the Marc Jacobs brand.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
