- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
- Embody the brand image for customers and the store team, demonstrating a strong understanding of the brand DNA.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an optimal client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury, high fashion sales.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and client relationship management.
- Ability to stay updated with fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment.
