- Publish and maintain various weekly reports, updating them as necessary.
- Conduct style-level demand planning and forecasting for top-selling items globally across multiple categories.
- Identify missed inventory opportunities and propose additional inventory needs based on initial sales reads.
- Aggregate style forecasts and pinpoint areas where style-level expectations do not align with top-line projections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Merchandising team to ensure alignment of business plans and priorities.
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Planning on Open-to-Buy processes by extracting data, creating supporting documents, and identifying potential concerns, with the potential to eventually own the full OTB process for certain categories.
- Monitor inventory throughout its lifecycle and propose action plans when necessary.
- Analyze sell-through rates for seasonal products.
- Engage in various one-off analytical projects based on business needs.
- Implement new forecasting and planning tools in the long term.
- Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience, including retail planning knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work at both micro and macro levels of the business.

Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience, particularly in retail planning.
The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
