1. Determine Harmonized Tariff Schedule Classifications for EU, US, and CA products and create a seasonal compliance master.
2. Provide duty rates to production and finance teams and assist with duty inquiries and tariff engineering.
3. Manage customs brokerage and shipment clearance inquiries, maintaining up-to-date standard operating procedures.
4. Identify free trade agreement opportunities and create necessary documentation and certifications.
5. Conduct customs entry audits, ensuring data accuracy and proper duty/tax payments, and manage entry recordkeeping.
6. Plan and coordinate logistics and customs clearance for special projects, events, and high-volume periods.
7. Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
8. Resolve transportation delays, damaged goods, or delivery discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.
9. Input and manage international trade data in the ERP system, auditing for accuracy.
10. Manage duty drawback programs for the United States and Canada.
11. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain communication and coordination.
12. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
13. Stay informed on transportation trends and customs regulations to improve processes and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
14. Support supply chain teams, including planning and distribution, managing tasks and workflow efficiently.

1. 3-5 years of experience in logistics, customs compliance, or supply chain management.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business/Trade, or a related discipline.
3. Proficiency in harmonized schedule classifications, origin determination, and customs compliance for garments and fashion accessories.
4. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
5. Understanding of regulatory compliance in logistics, including international shipping requirements.
6. Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
7. Attention to detail and ability to track orders and shipments accurately.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to logistics issues and time-critical shipment management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, customs compliance, or supply chain management.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business/Trade, or a related discipline.

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
