- Develop and maintain operating expense budgets for US and Global teams, including Design, Distribution, Legal, and Facilities.
- Collaborate with US and Global business partners to analyze and report actual results, providing insights into variances compared to budget and previous year.
- Create periodic dashboards to analyze Key Performance Indicators relevant to the expense structure of US and Global operations.
- Partner with business units to understand strategic initiatives, present expense proposals (CAPEX and OPEX) to the Global CFO, and conduct ROI analysis for projects.
- Cultivate cross-divisional and cross-functional partnerships to stay informed about business activities and leverage best practices.
- Support the FP&A team by preparing Budget Presentations in PowerPoint, emphasizing accuracy and effective storytelling through graphs and charts.
- Conduct special projects and ad hoc analysis, including data extraction and customized report creation for management as per evolving business needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Understanding of fundamental accounting principles, general ledger analysis, and systems.
- Expertise in P&L management and construction.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative and personable with a focus on developing robust working relationships with business partners.
1-2 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000-$85,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
