- Assist in the daily management of the website, including homepage, landing pages, product listing pages, and promotions.
- Support the execution of the trading calendar, product drops, and seasonal campaigns to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the global team to ensure product content, imagery, pricing, and categorization are correct by country.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Power BI & MicroStrategy) to monitor KPIs like conversion rate, AOV, and bounce rate.
- Coordinate the execution of email marketing campaigns including briefing, scheduling, segmentation, and reporting.
- Assist in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliates) with external agencies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer and social media campaigns to ensure alignment with trading priorities.
- Support SEO efforts through content optimization, keyword tracking, and product descriptions.
- Help create campaign briefs and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Regularly report on site and marketing performance to inform trading decisions.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend actionable improvements.
- Track customer acquisition and retention KPIs.
- 1-3 years' experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce within the fashion, beauty, or retail industry.
- Strong analytical mindset and confident in working with data and building reports.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- A keen eye for fashion trends and visual merchandising.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
