1. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales figures daily.
2. Establish daily objectives during morning meetings.
3. Exemplify excellence in sales engagement processes.
4. Motivate team to drive towards meeting goals.
5. Develop data collection and ensure data accuracy.
6. Train staff members to build customer loyalty proactively.
7. Guide team members on expanding client base through personalized interactions.
8. Implement comprehensive knowledge of Store Operation procedures.
9. Oversee all administrative operational tasks, including stock management and cashier functions.
10. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and overall maintenance are consistently met.
11. Coordinate rolling inventory checks along with annual fiscal inventory.
12. Consistently maintain the visuals guidelines and standards of presentation.
13. Set an example regarding presentation standards and personal grooming.
14. Communicate to the Head Office team qualitative and proactive feedback on products and visual merchandising.
15. Regularly assess performance against specific daily/monthly benchmarks.
16. Cultivate a team environment that promotes collaboration and initiative-taking.
17. Value and reward performance and manage under-performance with constant feedback.
18. Coach in the moment and collaborate with HR on development actions.
19. Identify potential succession plans within the retail establishment.
20. Communicate upcoming events, store openings, and key company figures to the team.
21. Address team inquiries about company objectives or strategic direction.
22. Encourage awareness of local competitors' activities and cultural happenings.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial retail role in a store or boutique setting.
2. Fluency in English is essential, with a second language preferred.
