- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales figures daily.
- Establish daily objectives during morning meetings.
- Exemplify excellence in sales engagement processes.
- Motivate team to drive towards meeting goals.
- Develop data collection and ensure data accuracy.
- Train staff members to build customer loyalty proactively.
- Guide team members on expanding client base through personalized interactions.
- Implement comprehensive knowledge of Store Operation procedures.
- Oversee all administrative operational tasks, including stock management and cashier functions.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and overall maintenance are consistently met.
- Coordinate rolling inventory checks along with annual fiscal inventory.
- Consistently maintain the visuals guidelines and standards of presentation.
- Set an example regarding presentation standards and personal grooming.
- Communicate to the Head Office team qualitative and proactive feedback on products and visual merchandising.
- Regularly assess performance against specific daily/monthly benchmarks.
- Cultivate a team environment that promotes collaboration and initiative-taking.
- Value and reward performance and manage under-performance with constant feedback.
- Coach in the moment and collaborate with HR on development actions.
- Identify potential succession plans within the retail establishment.
- Communicate upcoming events, store openings, and key company figures to the team.
- Address team inquiries about company objectives or strategic direction.
- Encourage awareness of local competitors' activities and cultural happenings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial retail role in a store or boutique setting.
- Fluency in English is essential, with a second language preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding sense of customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
