- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales figures daily.

- Coach and develop team skills and competencies, collaborating with HR for development actions.
- Identify potential succession plans within the retail establishment.
- Communicate brand strategy, upcoming events, and company objectives to the team.
- Encourage awareness of local competitors' activities and cultural happenings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial retail role in a store or boutique setting.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and an interest in culture and art.
- Passion for Marc Jacobs collections and brand ethos.
- Experience with client outreach and maintaining a client book.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
