- Communicate brand strategy, upcoming events, and company objectives to the team.
- Encourage awareness of local competitors' activities and cultural happenings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and current trends.
- Passion for Marc Jacobs' collections and brand ethos.
- Experience in client outreach and maintaining a client book.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
- Keen interest in culture and art.
