1. Assist in the design process of leather goods under the supervision of the Director of Design.
2. Conduct trend research and apply findings to product development.
3. Develop color variations of sketches for design presentations.
4. Assist in creating prototype mock-ups to visualize the final product.
5. Organize and prepare samples for review.
6. Take detailed notes for the design team.
7. Maintain and organize archive samples.
8. Adhere to the design calendar deadlines.
9. Collaborate closely with other design team members.
10. Understand the Marc Jacobs customer and brand positioning.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Art or Fashion

1. Strong sketching ability
2. Organizational skills
3. Strong sense of color, fashion, product, and trend
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Excellent taste level and brand awareness

The compensation for this position ranges from $26.75 to $29.25 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
