Make Up For Ever Supply Chain Planning and Production Manager

- Oversee upstream supply chain operations, entirely outsourced, for Make Up For Ever.
- Plan procurement of packaging materials and manage supplier activities.
- Coordinate production planning for bulk and finished products, managing subcontractors.
- Develop and implement the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and long-term supply plan (LTSP).
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of components and products, maintaining optimal stock levels and quality.
- Manage and lead the teams responsible for procurement, production planning, and new product launches.
- Conduct activity steering meetings and manage communications with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Optimize planning and procurement processes through methodical expertise and action plans.
- Ensure reliable information on product availability dates at central stock and challenge stakeholders to improve timelines.
- Update load/capacity elements, incorporating all launches and production feasibility constraints.
- Analyze and manage stock equations and propose continuous improvement plans for organization, tools, and processes.
- Develop supplier relationships, formalizing processes, KPIs, and managing flexibility projects on lead times.
- Manage depreciation, including MOQ revisions, discontinuations, and stock management.
- Oversee inventory and destruction processes with subcontractors, aligned with financial strategy and AGEC law.
- Ensure accurate MRP settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university degree (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production management role, ideally in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fashion, or food industries.
- Proficiency in team management and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- CPIM Part 1 certification is advantageous.
- Expertise in complex logistics environments and planning/ procurement methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and ERP systems (AX preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to challenge suppliers and subcontractors effectively.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, preferably within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, fashion, or food sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university degree (Bac +5).
