1. Oversee upstream supply chain operations, entirely outsourced, for Make Up For Ever.
2. Plan procurement of packaging materials and manage supplier activities.
3. Coordinate production planning for bulk and finished products, managing subcontractors.
4. Develop and implement the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and long-term supply plan (LTSP).
5. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of components and products, maintaining optimal stock levels and quality.
6. Manage and lead the teams responsible for procurement, production planning, and new product launches.
7. Conduct activity steering meetings and manage communications with subcontractors and suppliers.
8. Optimize planning and procurement processes through methodical expertise and action plans.
9. Ensure reliable information on product availability dates at central stock and challenge stakeholders to improve timelines.
10. Update load/capacity elements, incorporating all launches and production feasibility constraints.
11. Analyze and manage stock equations and propose continuous improvement plans for organization, tools, and processes.
12. Develop supplier relationships, formalizing processes, KPIs, and managing flexibility projects on lead times.
13. Manage depreciation, including MOQ revisions, discontinuations, and stock management.
14. Oversee inventory and destruction processes with subcontractors, aligned with financial strategy and AGEC law.
15. Ensure accurate MRP settings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university degree (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production management role, ideally in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fashion, or food industries.
3. Proficiency in team management and leadership skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
6. CPIM Part 1 certification is advantageous.

1. Expertise in complex logistics environments and planning/ procurement methods.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and ERP systems (AX preferred).
3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
4. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
5. Ability to challenge suppliers and subcontractors effectively.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, preferably within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, fashion, or food sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university degree (Bac +5).
