Make Up For Ever Supply Chain Planning and Production Manager

1. Oversee the upstream supply chain, which is 100% outsourced, for Make Up For Ever.
2. Plan the procurement of packaging materials and manage supplier activities.
3. Coordinate the production planning of bulk and finished product packaging, overseeing subcontractor operations.
4. Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and long-term supply plan (LTSP) to ensure timely and cost-effective component and product availability.
5. Manage the team responsible for procurement, production planning, and new product launches.
6. Lead operational transformation initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
7. Ensure reliable information on product availability dates at the central stock and challenge stakeholders to improve timelines.
8. Update load/capacity elements considering all launches and production feasibility constraints.
9. Analyze and manage stock equations.
10. Propose and implement continuous improvement plans for organizational tools and processes.
11. Optimize the product portfolio to maintain industrial coherence.
12. Develop and manage supplier relationships, formalizing processes, KPIs, and flexibility projects on lead times.
13. Oversee inventory and destruction processes with subcontractors in alignment with financial strategy and AGEC law.
14. Ensure accurate MRP settings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university degree (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in managing a production unit, ideally in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fashion, or food industries.
3. Proficiency in English and preferably Italian.
4. CPIM Part 1 certification is a plus.

4. Expertise in planning and procurement methods within a complex logistics environment.
5. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and ERP systems (AX preferred).

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing production units, preferably within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, fashion, or food sectors.
