1. Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule and long-term supply plans.
2. Ensure the procurement of components and materials, integrating all product launches and production feasibility constraints.
3. Analyze and manage stock equations in collaboration with operations teams including Supply Chain, Development, and Quality.
4. Maintain and optimize MRP settings.
5. Lead activity management meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.
6. Monitor and report on performance indicators such as OTIF and Plan Realization Rate.
7. Contribute expertise in planning methods and implement process optimization actions.
8. Participate in the development and implementation of new tools.

1. Specialized education in Supply Chain or Logistics (Engineering or Business School).
2. Significant experience in a structured Supply Chain organization.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; VBA skills are advantageous.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
4. Expertise in planning methods within a complex logistics environment.
5. Strong analytical skills and initiative.

Entry-level experience in a structured Supply Chain organization is required.

Specialized education in Supply Chain or Logistics (Engineering or Business School).
