1. Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and long-term supply plan to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of components and finished products.
2. Lead a team of four planners and two flow managers, providing guidance and support in supplier and subcontractor communications.
3. Implement continuous improvement strategies and optimize planning and supply processes.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and stock levels, initiating action plans when targets are not met.
5. Directly manage strategic subcontractors, overseeing order placement and daily follow-up.
6. Ensure accurate information on product availability and challenge stakeholders to improve timing.
7. Update load/capacity elements, considering product launches and production feasibility constraints.
8. Analyze and manage stock equations, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing action plans.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for organizational, tool, and process efficiency.
10. Optimize the product portfolio by proposing discontinuations to maintain a coherent assortment.
11. Develop and manage supplier relationships, formalizing processes and KPIs, and manage flexibility projects on lead times.
12. Oversee inventory depreciation, MOQ revision, discontinuations, and stock management.
13. Ensure compliance with inventory and destruction strategies in line with financial and regulatory requirements.
14. Maintain MRP settings and contribute to purchasing policy and budget construction.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain roles such as procurement, scheduling, or production planning, preferably in cosmetics or food industries
3. At least 2 years of management experience

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and ERP systems (AX preferred)
2. Strong command of English; Italian is a plus
3. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
4. Leadership and team management skills
5. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
6. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
