Make Up For Ever Social Financial Controller

- Actively participate in the budget construction of the payroll for the France headquarters, including building bridges and explaining impacts.
- Develop and document bridges to explain payroll variations between different fiscal years and/or budget versions.
- Ensure the reliability of transmitted data and the coherence of produced analyses.
- Prepare payroll simulations by cost center ahead of meetings with various departments, based on needs expressed by HR.
- Highlight monthly/annual impacts resulting from simulated adjustments.
- Provide clear analyses and recommendations on payroll evolutions.
- Monitor HR provisions.
- Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) in management control, finance, statistics, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social management control, ideally within a headquarters or multi-cost center environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, simulations).
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and modeling skills.
- High sense of confidentiality, rigor, and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with HR teams and various operational departments.
- Organizational skills to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously in a proactive and committed manner.
Minimum of 3 years in social management control, preferably in a headquarters or multi-cost center environment.
Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) in management control, finance, statistics, or equivalent.
