1. Actively participate in the budget construction of the payroll for the France headquarters, including building bridges and explaining impacts.
2. Develop and document bridges to explain payroll variations between different fiscal years and/or budget versions.
3. Ensure the reliability of transmitted data and the coherence of produced analyses.
4. Prepare payroll simulations by cost center ahead of meetings with various departments, based on needs expressed by HR.
5. Highlight monthly/annual impacts resulting from simulated adjustments.
6. Provide clear analyses and recommendations on payroll evolutions.
7. Monitor HR provisions.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) in management control, finance, statistics, or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in social management control, ideally within a headquarters or multi-cost center environment.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, simulations).
2. Strong analytical, synthesis, and modeling skills.
3. High sense of confidentiality, rigor, and autonomy.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with HR teams and various operational departments.
5. Organizational skills to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously in a proactive and committed manner.

Minimum of 3 years in social management control, preferably in a headquarters or multi-cost center environment.

Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) in management control, finance, statistics, or equivalent.
