Make Up For Ever Senior Project Manager, International PR & Influence

- Define and lead the global PR & Influence strategy, encompassing press, influencer relations, events, and product seeding.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support product launches.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of press kits, influencer content, and event assets for international markets.
- Oversee international visibility and activation strategies, including influencer campaigns, editorial collaborations, and key press events.
- Manage brand events such as launch parties, press days, masterclasses, and local activations.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations for Fashion Week, including partnerships with brands, makeup artists, and influencers.
- Contract and oversee backstage and influencer projects.
- Design and produce editorial projects and press collaborations to enhance brand visibility and aspirational image.
- Support markets in executing local PR & Influence initiatives, ensuring global coherence and quality.
- Measure and report on the quantitative and qualitative performance of PR & Influence activities.
- Develop and maintain the international network of 'Friends of the House' makeup artists.
- Manage and optimize global PR & Influence budgets.
- Supervise and mentor an intern.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in PR & Influence, preferably within the digital, cosmetics, or luxury sectors.
- Proactive and engaged in diverse projects.
- Strong interest in the cosmetics and beauty sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PR & Influence, with a preference for candidates with a background in digital, cosmetics, or luxury industries.
