Senior Product Development Manager
MAKE UP FOR EVER is a collective of makeup artists creating high-performance products and services. Founded in 1984 in Paris by Dany Sanz, it has been part of the LVMH group since 1999. The brand is distributed in over 60 countries with more than 2,200 points of sale worldwide and employs over 350 people in France.
- Lead ideation and competitive analysis to develop innovative product concepts.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on thorough market analysis and coordinate with international teams to assess potential.
- Oversee all stages of product development including creative briefing, technical validation, and internal coordination with R&D, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Define the marketing mix plan (product, price, distribution) and supervise operational plans related to launches.
- Manage the product offering in line with financial and technical objectives.
- Ensure rigorous budget management for each project and analyze post-launch product performance.
- Drive cross-functional projects to reduce time-to-market while maintaining quality and consistency across all communication channels.
- Master's degree in business school or equivalent university degree.
- Significant experience of 4 to 6 years in product development within the cosmetics industry.
- Creativity and strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility and rapid adaptability to market changes.
- Project management skills with strong organizational abilities and priority management.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development in the cosmetics industry.
Participation in brand induction, access to MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy, and involvement in internal events such as workshops and iconic gatherings.
