Make Up For Ever Senior Product Development Manager

- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to gather and analyze internal and external data related to the product market and its economic, sociological, and cultural environment.
- Contribute to the definition of a 3-year strategy for the Color category in collaboration with the Group or Brand Manager.
- Propose new ideas and concepts to drive significant and relevant innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D to establish a prospective basket of innovations.
- Define the product mix that meets market needs while aligning with the brand's DNA, including positioning, formula, and pricing.
- Manage and develop the innovation plan, ensuring excellence in execution and adherence to timelines.
- Organize and oversee consumer tests, including formula, qualitative, and quantitative tests.
- Develop impactful 360-degree marketing strategies in partnership with Operational Marketing and various departments such as Image, Education, Communication, Omnichannel, and Merchandising.
- Master's degree in Business or a recognized university equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product development marketing, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Strong product sensitivity and confirmed experience in the cosmetics sector.
- International professional experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various development stages simultaneously.
- Proficiency in oral and written presentation skills, providing clear, concise, and well-argued materials.
- Creativity, analytical skills, and synthesis ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of the makeup market and its trends.
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior product managers.
- Fluency in French and English in a professional context.
Minimum of 3 years in product development marketing, ideally within the beauty industry.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
